Shipping Policy Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for regular delivery within the continental U.S. For orders outside the U.S., shipping time depends directly on the shipping method selected. Any type of Parcel Post or Economy shipping can possibly take up to 4 to 6 weeks.
All confirmed and paid orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following business week. Shipping charges are non-refundable. An additional charge of $25.00 may be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused and/or non-deliverable, or requires address correction.
By selecting a rush delivery, such as Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select does not guarantee your order will be delivered 1-3 days from the time you place your order. We will make every effort to rush your shipment. However, we do not guarantee the delivery date. Any order a customer refuses based on delivery date will be charged a $25.00 refusal charge or a 35% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Return Policy Because My Perfect Pantry is purchasing products from various establishments in California, the products listed in our catalog are subject to availability. In the event that My Perfect Pantry is unable to fulfill an order based on a product inavailability, a certificate of credit will be issued to the customer in the amount of the product backordered for use on a future order.
With the exception of a product received damaged in shipment, all sales are final. In the event of damaged product, you must notify us via facsimile or email within 24 hours of receiving your order shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep damaged product and/or a clear photograph of the product and the condition of the box until after having spoken or received an email response from one of our representatives. To email a claim, please contact us at sales@myperfectpantry.com, giving as much detail as possible. To fax in a claim, fax us at (951) 526-2865. Product received damaged may be either replaced with an identical product or the purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of My Perfect Pantry. All other claims are dealt with on a case by case basis.
